These Terms of Use govern access to tradupleni.yachts and floral services offered by Alpenknospe, Weggisgasse 22, 6004 Luzern, Switzerland. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Swiss law applies.

1. Services

Alpenknospe offers florist products and services including bouquets, occasion arrangements, wedding and event floristry, and related advice. Descriptions on this website are for information; final designs may vary with seasonal availability of stems.

2. Orders and prices

Orders may be placed in the shop, by phone, or by email. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order. Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated and may include or exclude VAT as indicated at the time of sale. Pre-orders for weddings and large events may require a deposit.

3. Delivery and collection

Collection is available at Weggisgasse 22 during opening hours. Local delivery within Lucerne and surrounding areas may be arranged subject to availability and a delivery fee agreed in advance. Delivery windows are estimates; weather and traffic can affect timing for fresh flowers.

4. Cancellations

Same-day bouquets may be cancelled only if work has not yet begun. Wedding and event orders typically require written notice within the timeframe stated in your quote; deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been reserved. Please contact us as early as possible if plans change.

5. Freshness and care

Cut flowers are perishable. We select healthy stems at the point of sale. Once flowers leave our care, longevity depends on water, temperature, and handling. Please follow any care advice provided with your arrangement.

6. Website content

Content on this site (text, layout, and photographs) is protected. You may view pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts without our prior written consent.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or flower orders, except in cases of unlawful intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Swiss law.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, the courts of Luzern, Switzerland, shall have jurisdiction for disputes arising from these terms or our services.
